He also serves on the advisory board for Penn State and remains active with the Garnet Valley High School alumni and athletics community. He supports local development initiatives through Habitat for Humanity in Delaware and Montgomery Counties, and enjoys playing music as a part-time musician.

With 20+ years in the channel, he helps partners and customers cut through complexity to define requirements, compare alternatives, and move confidently into cloud and managed services. Chad brings deep expertise in cloud architecture, SaaS/UCaaS strategy, and channel-centric solution design. He holds a degree in Telecommunications and New Technologies from Temple University and has built a career blending technical acumen with practical business insight, most recently as a Field Solutions Engineer and Cloud Architect.

Michael Baillargeon supports decision-stage evaluation, design, and optimization of voice, phone system, and contact center environments. He translates business and user requirements into practical architectures that balance functionality, reliability, and cost. Mike brings deep experience across call routing, carrier connectivity, platform migrations, and day-to-day operational performance, helping organizations compare options and implement solutions that scale. His approach blends technical precision with real-world usability to ensure systems work the way teams actually operate.

Brian is the Vice President of Structured Cabling and Wiring, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of enterprise and commercial network infrastructure. With extensive experience in structured cabling, fiber optics, and network connectivity solutions, Brian ensures that organizations have reliable, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure to support today’s demanding technology environments.

Known for leading cross-functional teams, managing complex installations, and driving standards compliance, Brian brings a hands-on, strategic approach to every project. Their expertise spans data centers, office networks, and large-scale commercial deployments, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term infrastructure planning.

Jason is a cybersecurity-focused technology leader with deep experience in sales engineering and operations, specializing in productivity and transformation initiatives. Holding top industry certifications, including CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Azure Solutions Architect Expert (SAE), and AWS Solutions Architect Associate (SAA), he excels at designing and implementing secure, scalable technology solutions that align with business goals.

A hands-on leader, Jason builds and optimizes Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams, driving measurable outcomes through complex problem solving and strategic guidance. He is comfortable delivering demonstrations, trainings, discovery sessions, and keynotes across both 1:1 and group environments. His technical expertise spans Unified Communications (UCaaS), Contact Center (CCaaS), CPaaS, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Private Cloud, Colocation), mobility, IoT, TEM, and cybersecurity frameworks.
