Jason McKay-CIO of Riggs Distler Company

At Bradley Partner, we believe the best insights don’t come from theory—they come from operators who have actually built, scaled, and led inside complex organizations. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our first CIO Advisory Board member, Jason McKay. 

 

Jason McKay is the Chief Information Officer at Riggs Distler Company, where he leads AI initiatives, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and business process transformation. Jason has worked in very large enterprises (in excess of $25B) and with SMB’s.  He has experience managing teams spread across the Americas and Israel to building them from the ground up with a focus on aligning digital strategy to field execution and business performance.


Jason has built his career in asset-intensive, project-based industries through leadership roles at Alstom, NAPEC and Riggs Distler.  His expertise includes AI, ERP modernization (including JD Edwards), cybersecurity, risk management, and driving operational efficiency through process optimization and data-driven decision-making.  He is known for identifying areas of organizational friction and implementing practical solutions that integrate process discipline with enabling technologies. His leadership approach is grounded in execution, accountability, and delivering measurable results.


Beyond the Role:

Jason’s passions are rooted in both professional and personal commitments. He is an advocate for the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence, with a focus on applying AI to solve real-world business challenges. He is also committed to servant leadership, emphasizing team development and leading through service. He has mentored several technology professionals over the years.  Outside of work, Jason is actively involved in his local community in youth development through Scouting, being a project coach for Eagle Scouts, being a mentor for High School Senior projects, a youth sports coach, and conservation efforts with local Conservancy Organizations.

Tom Pacek-CIO of Central Maine Healthcare

Tom Pacek is a seasoned healthcare executive and technology leader with more than 30 years of experience driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and innovation across complex health systems. He is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning technology strategy with clinical and business priorities to improve patient outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and deliver measurable financial performance.


Most recently, Tom served as Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer at Central Maine Healthcare, where he led enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy. Tom previously served as the Chief Information Officer at Inspira Health and as Vice President at Virtua Health. During his tenure, he strengthened IT service delivery, implemented data and artificial intelligence governance, improved vendor accountability, and delivered significant cost savings through contract optimization and operational efficiencies.


Tom is also the Founder and CEO of The Pacek Group, LLC, where he provides strategic advisory services and interim CIO leadership to healthcare organizations and companies entering the healthcare market. His work focuses on digital health innovation, clinical and revenue cycle optimization, IT strategy development, and mergers and acquisitions support.


Beyond the Role:

Tom is deeply committed to governance and community impact. He has served as a board-level advisor to multiple healthcare technology companies and held leadership roles with Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, including Board Chair. During his tenure, he led initiatives that returned Goodwill Home Medical to financial stability and drove measurable operational improvements, including a reduction in retail shrink through the effective integration of people, process, and technology. 

Rod Sullivan-Fractional CIO Consultant

Rod Sullivan is a results-driven technology executive with more than 35 years of experience helping organizations navigate digital transformation, IT turnarounds, and leadership transitions. As an independent advisor and interim CTO/CIO, Rod works directly with executive teams to align technology strategy with business objectives—ensuring initiatives drive tangible ROI. He has built a reputation for stepping into complex environments, quickly assessing challenges, and delivering structured, outcome-focused solutions that move organizations forward.

In addition to his advisory and interim leadership work, Rod is the founder of Xavier Technology Group, a firm focused on providing interim IT leadership and strategic technology consulting to organizations navigating change.   • Served as interim CTO for a $1.8B credit union, modernizing infrastructure and defining cloud strategy 
  • Served as interim CIO for a continuing care retirement community, leading infrastructure modernization, application rationalization, and introducing RPA and early-stage AI strategy 
  • Held leadership roles across organizations including Franklin Mint, The Hill at Whitemarsh, Main Line Health, AmeriGas, and multiple startup environments 

Credentials & Community Involvement:

Rod holds an Executive MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and is a certified coach through the John Maxwell program. He is ITIL certified and an active member of ISACA. Beyond his professional work, Rod is committed to giving back through his involvement with Alpha Development Corporation, where he supports leadership development programs for underrepresented youth.
